1)Add a new page or sheet

1) Add a new page or sheet
2) Load the sales excel data into power BI
3) Select fields Channel type, Department and Sales cost
4) Select diff visualizations and check the views

Task-1:(pie chart)
1)Add a new page or sheet
2)Load the sales excel data into power BI
3)Select the fields Channel type, Customer country and Sales amount .
4)Select the pie chart from matrix. And notice the values in reports area.
5)Notice the fields in legend, Details and values. Which can even be interchanged.

Task-2:(Line chart)
1)Add a new page or sheet
2)Load the sales excel data into power BI
3)Select the line chart first and then select the fields i.e Sales date, sales amount.
4) power bi automatically creates a hierarchy i.e yearwise -quarterwise –monthwise
5)Add customer location or country field to legend.

Task-3:(Bar chart)
1)Add a new page or sheet
2)Load the sales excel data into power BI
3) Select the fields Item category and Sales cost . from fields pane and notice values in
reports area.
4)Change the visualization to bar chart and then clustered bar chart.

Task-4:(Area Chart)
1)Add a new page or sheet
2)Load the sales excel data into power BI
3) Select the Area chart first and then select the fields i.e Sales QTY, pay type and items
name.
4)Select the Area chart from matrix. And notice the values in reports area.
Task-5:(Scatter Chart)

3) Select the Scatter chart and then select the fields i.e Department, Manager and Sales QTY.
